Cavite City, Philippines
Currently a 2nd-year Bachelor of Laws student at Far Eastern University, I took up my undergraduate degree in Political Science at Colegio de San Juan de Letran. Finished my 5-year term as SK Chairman in my barangay of residence in Cavite City, I still maintain active participation in barangay governance activities. Once in a while I enjoy sports like basketball, badminton, table tennis, cycling and swimming. But most of the time, I spend days reading a lot of books and cases to prepare for a gruelling recitation at school. Several advocacies of mine are centered on poverty alleviation and land reform, improving the standards of living in the Philippines, reforming the justice system, and the increasing the standards of education in the country. I'm just a simple person. Asleep at times. I love to stay at home. But I do enjoy visiting new places - both for recreation and discovery. I'll tour the entire Philippines some day, and if possible go to Europe and around Asia. When I want to relax, I listen to the radio, watch TV, converse with friends and clean my room and repair broken objects when the mood is good. This days, I pray a lot, have fun a lot, and work a lot.

Posted by kulot

"If helping the poor is a crime, and fighting for freedom is rebellion, then I plead guilty as charged."
+ Crispin 'Ka Bel' Beltran (January 7, 1933 — May 20, 2008)

Manggagawa. Aktibista. Dakilang mamamayan.

Ipagpatuloy natin ang laban ni Ka Bel, the Grand Old Man of Philippine Labor.

Though you may have gone, your fight shall go on! Serve the People!
