Today, as we prepare to celebrate the coming of the Risen Lord, we renew again our baptismal promises. We are blessed with fire and water. We are welcomed into a new life. The Gloria is sung with greater passion, as we hail the resurrection of Christ. I hope and pray that today shall start the new Philippines.
